The present work describes numerical and experimental investigation of the heat transfer characteristics in a plate-fin, having built-in piezoelectric actuator mounted on base plate (substrate). geometrical configuration considered is representative single element plate-fin triple fins. Air taken as working fluid. A performance data for rectangular fin fins are provided different frequency levels (5, 30 and50HZ) , input power (5,10,20,30,40 50W) inlet velocity (0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 6m/s) with without oscillation. was also performed heights ( 50mm 35mm) distance between (3mm 6mm). It observed that increases increase Reynolds number. further (height=50mm fins=3mm) gives better enhancement compared to othercases, study shows when great promise enhancing rate
